Course Description

This executive programme, offered in collaboration with the Academy of Digital Health Sciences and IIM Raipur, is designed for founders, CEOs, and senior management of hospitals seeking to transform their organisations into smart, future-ready health enterprises. Spanning six months of online self-paced learning, the programme covers seven power modules — each centred on one actionable idea — ranging from founders’ governance and financial growth to clinician engagement, digital readiness, and service marketing. Participants learn from over fifteen expert faculty members, including prominent hospital founders and healthcare leaders from institutions such as Narayana Health, Fortis Healthcare, and HealthCare Global Enterprises.

A highlight of the programme is the 3-Day Immersion at IIM Raipur Campus — an intensive residential experience where participants engage in live workshops, interactive case study sessions, and collaborative problem-solving alongside fellow hospital leaders. This on-campus contact programme bridges the gap between online learning and real-world application, offering direct access to IIM Raipur faculty and peer-to-peer learning in a world-class academic environment. The broader programme also includes pre-recorded lectures, live interactions, and case studies. Successful participants earn the Certified Hospital Management Professional™ designation and IIM Raipur Executive Alumni status.
