Embark College recently organized an interesting and interactive Orientation Program for the Spring 2025 intake in our Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSc BM) students. Held at the famous Godavari Village Resort, the orientation aimed at making our new students feel welcome, create a welcoming atmosphere, and get them ready for a successful academic and social voyage.

It was during the soothing cover of Godavari that the day kicked off with an official get together which outlined the college’s mission, curriculum, and different facets of student support. Faculty experts and program leaders explained to students the BSc BM curriculum, set out prospects for them, and stressed the ways in which Embark College contributes to their intellectual and personal development.

Once the basic introductions were put to an end, the day pick up with the riotous and interactive group exercises which were arranged. Students enthusiastically participated in:

The Marshmallow Tower Challenge is not only about cooperation, creative problem solving, and thinking on your feet.

In the Flying Plane Contest, students are challenged with tasks that require a great deal of attention to detail, design thinking, and a little bit of friendly competition.

In Land Pines, students collaborated strategically while moving, providing a shared laughter and applause and further deepened bonds.

and a whole host of other team activities which are specifically designed to encourage collaboration, alleviate nervousness, and to encourage students to try new things.

These were activities through which, a group of strangers soon became a tidy, fellow community. The energetic, positive, and lively tones of the orientation were definitely an accurate reflection of the underlying energetic yet supportive environment in Embark College.

In addition to providing valuable information about campus life, orientation gave students the opportunity to air their opinions, meet people, and feel how caring and active is Embark College in comparison to other institutions.

We welcome our Spring 2025 BSc BM cohort to our community armed with hopes to handle this new encounter with a mix of excitement, curiosity, and ambition.
